How far in advance should we book?
To ensure availability for your date, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons in Michigan. However, we always welcome last-minute inquiries and will accommodate whenever our collection allows.
How do we officially reserve our date?
Reserving your date is a seamless process. Once we've finalized your proposal, a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable retainer will secure your items on our calendar, providing you with total peace of mind.
Can we modify our order after booking?
We understand that plans can evolve. You are welcome to add items to your existing order subject to availability. Final adjustments to quantities should be confirmed at least 30 days prior to your celebration.
Is there a rental minimum for orders?
Yes, we maintain a modest rental minimum to ensure every event receives our full attention and premium white-glove service. Please reach out with your vision, and we can provide specific pricing based on your needs.
What is included in a typical rental?

Venue Standards
Will my venue approve these temporary floors? Most venues welcome Elevated Vinyl floors. Our materials are non-permanent and residue-free, designed for one-day professional use. We provide COIs and technical specs directly to your coordinator for approval.

Logistics & Delivery
What are your standard delivery windows?
We typically coordinate with your venue for a morning delivery or a pre-arranged multi-hour window. Our goal is to be off-site well before your first guest arrives.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Custom vinyl floors generally require 2-4 hours for precision installation. Recovery happens immediately following the event, usually within 60-90 minutes.
What are the access requirements for the site?
We require a flat, cleared surface and clear elevator or ramp access for our equipment. We'll verify these details with your venue coordinator in advance.
What happens if our event timeline shifts?
Communication is key. If your timeline shifts unexpectedly, reach out immediately. We do our best to accommodate late changes based on our team's schedule.
Policies & Contracts
How do retainers and the booking process work?
To secure your date and our exclusive rental collection, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract. This ensures your items are reserved specifically for your celebration and allows us to begin any custom design work immediately.
When is the final payment due for my rental?
Your remaining balance is due exactly 30 days prior to your event date. This timeline allows us to finalize logistics, confirm site access with your venue, and complete the production of any bespoke vinyl elements for your dance floor.
What are the policies regarding damage or cleaning fees?
While normal wear is expected, significant damage or excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional fees. We require a valid credit card on file for all rentals; you will be notified promptly if any post-event issues arise that require attention.
How do you handle weather contingencies for outdoor events?
For outdoor installations, a proper Plan B (such as a professional-grade tent with flooring) must be in place. Vinyl applications require a dry, temperature-controlled environment for optimal adhesion and safety. We will work closely with your planner to ensure the best setup possible.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling terms?
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. Within 60 days, the full contract amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability and may involve a change fee to ensure we can meet your new date’s needs.
